1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

Slippora offers free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery. You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Clean and in its original condition
  • Returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Products showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, stains, odors, washing, alteration, or improper use may not qualify for a return.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@slippora.shop and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from our customer support team. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Eligible returns are free of charge. We will provide the appropriate return instructions after approving your request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, return, or full refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change. The fastest way to obtain another size, style, or product is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank, credit card provider, or payment service additional time to process and display the refund.

Original shipping charges are not applicable because Slippora provides free worldwide shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment preparation. Contact us immediately at support@slippora.shop if you need to request a cancellation.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, modified, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

Gift cards, promotional credits, and items clearly marked as final sale may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
