SHIPPING POLICY
Free Worldwide Shipping
Slippora provides free standard shipping to customers worldwide. No standard shipping fee will be added to eligible orders at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
While we work with delivery partners to provide timely service, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please review the information carefully. Contact us immediately if your name, shipping address, product selection, or other order details are incorrect.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipment preparation.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When tracking information is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the carrier receives the shipment. Temporary pauses between tracking updates do not necessarily mean the package has been lost.
International Orders
International shipments may be reviewed by customs authorities in the destination country.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import rules. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees may apply depending on the destination. These charges are not shipping fees collected by Slippora and remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Slippora is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional expenses caused by:
- Incorrect street addresses
- Missing apartment or unit numbers
- Incorrect postal codes
- Invalid contact information
- Refusal or failure to collect a package
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing has begun.
Delayed Orders
An order may occasionally be delayed because of customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, transportation issues, or unusually high demand.
Please contact us if your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery window has passed. We will review the available shipping information and assist you with the next steps.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a package may be lost, contact us at support@slippora.shop.
We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier before opening an investigation.
A replacement or refund may be offered after the carrier investigation confirms that the package was lost.
Packages Marked as Delivered
When tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check the delivery area and mailbox.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact the local delivery carrier.
- Allow a short period in case the package was scanned early.
